Hi,
My name is Marc and I am 30 years old,I come from Mauritius but I am actually located in Canada.I have been racing since the age of 8 years old and preparing mopeds for friends to race in local competitions.I have been active in ,50cc racing, minibike championships and other racing activities. But when I discovered the Holy Grail of 50cc racing mopeds,my life changed;my heart beats for the kreidler,I love the 1978 version so much that I wish to get myself one soon.

In fact I would like to know what will be a good price for a Kreidler Van Veen 1978 version. As from that I can either construct myself a bike or ask some of the sellers I know to lower their price.

Hi, welcome to the forums!
A Van Veen would cost you quite a lot of dough, for sure...
It would be better to get a French Scrab Kreidler, as they are a bit easier to find and wouldn't cost you a leg and an arm...
Or just wait for something really cool: there used to be a Belgian constructor/racer called Moisson.

A guy came up to our stand recently at a bike expo, telling me he was in the process of building a 10-piece batch of these frames.
This will hopefully be followed up on the website and forum.
(still waiting on his pics tbh...)

Hope you find a nice example Wink
